Refund Policy
Alice Pro subscriptions are sold and billed by our merchant of record, Paddle. Refunds are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy, which this policy follows.
Requesting a refund
You may request a refund of any charge — first payment or renewal, monthly or annual, including add-ons — within 14 days of the transaction date. Requests are reviewed and processed by Paddle in accordance with its Refund Policy, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
To request one, use the link in your Paddle payment receipt email, or contact michael@themadbotter.com from your account email with the workspace name and the charge in question and we will raise it with Paddle for you.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. If the law where you live provides withdrawal or cancellation rights (for example, the 14-day right for consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK), those rights apply in full, and where they exceed this policy the higher level of protection prevails.
Free trial
Workspace subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling at any time during the trial means you are never charged. We send a reminder before your first charge.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or by contacting us; your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period and does not renew afterwards.
